
Ingredients
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 small clove garlic
1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley or coriander
few slices of bread of choice
Method
Peel and crush the garlic well. Add to a small mixing bowl the butter, garlic, parsley/coriander; mix well.
Spread thinly on both sides of bread and toast bread (both sides). Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
